
iPad & Mobile Devices Terms of Use
iPad及便携式设备使用条款
1. The iPad or mobile devcie assets are belong to the company. In order to improve work efficiency and convenience, the right to use the device during the employee's employment belongs to the employee. When employees need to return the device to the company due to work transfer or resignation, they shall cooperate with the return.
2. The company provides the legal applications it needs for the iPad or mobile devices. Employees do not have the right to install any applications on the company's device. If you need to use additional applications for work (such as gaming, movie, financial or children education), you must apply to the IT department. The IT department evaluates the needs and decides whether to allow installation and use.
3. According to the China Cyber Security Law and other laws and regulations, as well as the requirements of Apple, use the Apple ID assigned by the company to log in to the device and bind it to the employee's personal mobile number and work mailbox.
4. For work needs, employees agree to use personal mobile phone cellular networks (commonly known as "hotspots") to share with iPad or mobile devices.
5. For work needs, employees are not allowed to turn off the location or supervision functions of the iPad or mobile devices.
6. If the employee accidentally loses the equipment, he will be compensated according to the depreciation and assessment conducted by the financial department.
1、iPad及移动设备的资产归属公司所有,为提高工作效率及便利度,在员工就职期间该设备使用权属于员工。当员工发生工作调动、离职等需要将设备归还公司时,应当配合归还。
2、公司为iPad及移动设备提供其所需的合法应用程序。员工无权在公司的设备上自行安装任何应用程序。如出于工作需要使用额外的应用程序(包括但不限于:游戏、看剧、炒股、上网课),须向IT部门提出申请,IT部门对需求进行评估并决定是否准许安装使用。
3、根据国家《网络安全法》等法律法规的规定,以及苹果公司的要求,使用公司分配的Apple ID登录设备,并与员工个人移动号码、工作邮箱进行绑定。
4、出于工作需要,员工同意使用个人移动电话蜂窝网络(俗称“热点”)共享给iPad及移动设备使用。
5、出于工作需要,员工不得关闭iPad以移动设备的定位和监管功能。
6、本条款将根据实际需要进行变更。
